Noticed a leak on my new 2024 Terrain. I text my salesperson, Jordan, and he said drop off and he would get it in to look at it. That was Saturday. Monday morning, he called and told me it was a torque converter seal that was bad. By Tuesday my car was ready to be picked up. A shout out to Tom, Kevin and Chip in the service department for the quick attention and the professionalism.

Just in for an oil change, all the service guys are friendly. I always come back to the dealership to have my car serviced.

$115 for an oil change is ridiculous. After a $20 coupon, it was still $95. I am still waiting after a year to get my tonneau cover fixed. I have been told it was being discussed with GM since the parts were thrown away by the tech and the rails were not installed correctly so the velcro does not hold the cover tight. I am actually sad. I tried to move the rails on my own but the way they are installed I cannot move them because I gave up hope.
